These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 777jan website, mobile application, and all associated gaming, betting, and payment services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or wagering activity offered through 777jan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account with 777jan, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full. You are required to provide, at minimum, a valid username, password, and contact details. The information submitted must be true, current, and complete at the time of registration and must be kept up to date throughout your use of the Platform.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before any withdrawal is processed, players must complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC). Acceptable identification documents include a valid Bangladesh National ID card (NID), a valid passport, or a valid driving licence issued by the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority. 777jan may additionally request proof of address, proof of payment method ownership (such as a bKash account screenshot), or source-of-funds documentation.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 777jan will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials. 2.4 Single Account Rule

Each player is strictly limited to one registered account. Where the Platform detects multiple accounts registered by the same individual — identified by shared device, IP address, payment method, identity documents, or other means — all accounts will be closed. Any balances, pending bonuses, or open bets associated with duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Deposit Limits

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

3.4 Currency

3.5 Refused Transactions

777jan reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, where the transaction appears to conflict with anti-money laundering obligations, or where the account has not completed the required KYC verification. Players will be notified of any refused transaction and provided with an opportunity to resolve outstanding verification requirements.

777jan may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual offer terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games and bet types specified in the offer terms. Contribution rates towards wagering requirements vary by game type — live casino games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate than slots.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the previous bonus balance.
